By now I believe everyone knows the Wishcasting project already, yes? If not, I suggest you can take a look at my blogposts right here. I'm so thankful for Jamie Ridlers project because she is the one who created this project and thanks to her, I'm more conscious about my wishes in life.

But I wanted to do something with it, not just writing about it. Create something, you know. Touch my wishes. Feel my wishes. Then I remember the wonderful gift Jill have created for me, for the HeArt Exchange, and then I had this crazy idea. Instead of just writing my wishes on a piece of paper, why not make Lucky paper stars?

I have found a very good tutorial for those who want to try it out too:

So I took my materials, cut out the paper, wrote some wishes and made the stars...

And then... (after taking blurry pictures) put it in one of the lovely pockets which Jill have created. Be well, Be peaceful, Be safe, Be happy, Be free.

Read more about the making of this gift here.

This is so much fun! For every wish, a little star in one of the pockets. By the way, I make lucky paper wishing stars for other people too! If you have a wish, please share it with me and I will make one for you too. You can even share it anonymous in a comment or by e-mail (dryalantha@gmail.com), whatever you like.

Have a nice day everyone. (:

  1. What a great idea! I have a wish for you, for me, for my niece--she's the one I mentioned on facebook the other day, so amazing but smashing herself to bits. My wish is that she would know that she is whole, that the sadness and the anger and the fear would leave her at ease, and they would be replaced by joy.
